It was just a great match for a brief retreat in Bursa with value for price. The gym in the basement was a surprise, even though it looked old, at least it was accessible. Just be ready for some noise if you're planning to rest early.

The hotel has a modern style that blends traditional Turkish elements beautifully. The breakfasts were tasty and had good variety, which was a hit with my kids! The gym and Turkish bath were great additions to our stay, especially after a long day of exploring Bursa.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Berra, the receptionist, made me feel welcomed with her cheerful disposition. I particularly loved the garden view from my room, which added a serene touch to my stay.

However, there's uncertainty regarding room amenities, like bathtubs. Moreover, the spa area can become overcrowded, making relaxation difficult, and the hotel pool was out of service during my stay.

The dining options also came short, as room service provided cold and poorly prepared meals, making it not worth the value.

Good stay, nice location

We stayed for 5 nights in a spacious room with a garden view. The staff was super helpful and breakfast had lots of options, loved the outdoor dining area! But that gym is attached to the spa and opens late, which was really inconvenient for our family. Still, overall, it was a solid stay.
