It was just a great match for a brief retreat in Bursa with value for price. The gym in the basement was a surprise, even though it looked old, at least it was accessible. Just be ready for some noise if you're planning to rest early.

clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, spacious layout
Improved staff training for better communication is a must!!! Some amenities, such as the fitness center, were inaccurately represented, causing frustration. The somewhat aging decor and facilities could also use a refresh!!!

The hotel has a modern style that blends traditional Turkish elements beautifully. The breakfasts were tasty and had good variety, which was a hit with my kids! The gym and Turkish bath were great additions to our stay, especially after a long day of exploring Bursa.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available onsite.

good experience overall, but minor improvements needed
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Berra, the receptionist, made me feel welcomed with her cheerful disposition. I particularly loved the garden view from my room, which added a serene touch to my stay.
The amenities were decent but could use a little upgrading.

The location is convenient, nestled close to a highway, but noise is minimal. The Superior Twin Room with Garden View was spacious and comfortable, featuring a pleasant balcony and excellent shower. However, there's uncertainty regarding room amenities, like bathtubs. Moreover, the spa area can become overcrowded, making relaxation difficult, and the hotel pool was out of service during my stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 08comfortable layoutsolid wi-fioutdated gym
Rooms have a comfortable layout with a decent garden view, offering a cozy spot to unwind. The Wi-Fi connection throughout the facility is solid, making it convenient to stay connected while resting.
Unfortunately, the gym located in the basement felt outdated and had a confusing layout. It shares space with non-guests, and during my visit, it had a disturbing flood situation that created an unpleasant atmosphere. The fitness center was also subjected to loud music, which interrupted my family's peace, especially during sleep. Moreover, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, with old furniture and a carpet that seemed in need of attention. The dining options also came short, as room service provided cold and poorly prepared meals, making it not worth the value.

Oh, the udon soups at the hotel’s restaurant are an experience you can't skip—a flavor explosion! Plus, the staff was top-notch. Noura’s warm welcome really set the tone. Rooms were spacious too, which is a nice touch for a cozy stay.
the reception team wasn’t too helpful after midnight. It was frustrating to learn they had a wall up when it came to communication. They definitely need to polish up on that.

Nice amenities, especially the spa and Turkish Hamam. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the carpets in our room. The location is central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot.

I checked into a Superior King Room Garden View, and the first thing that struck me was the spaciousness. The room layout felt comfortable, and the tasteful decoration created a welcoming vibe. The breakfast options impressed me. I found plenty of choices, especially the Turkish-style dishes which I loved. The staff made a significant positive impact—always helpful, attentive, and friendly. Noura at the reception was particularly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. However, I encountered some issues. The noise from the restaurant next door disrupted my sleep. Even during the day, loud music was sometimes distracting. The gym facilities seemed outdated, and I was surprised to discover that it’s shared with non-guests, which wasn't ideal. Clearly, some amenities need a refresh to match the hotel's reputation. Overall, it was a mix of great service and room quality, but noisy surroundings and aging facilities detracted from what could've been a fantastic experience.

Good stay, nice location
We stayed for 5 nights in a spacious room with a garden view. The staff was super helpful and breakfast had lots of options, loved the outdoor dining area! But that gym is attached to the spa and opens late, which was really inconvenient for our family. Still, overall, it was a solid stay.
